These are the terms you agree to by using Renewsy. They are intentionally short and plain.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Don’t share your account with people you don’t trust with your documents.
Use Renewsy only for lawful purposes. Don’t upload other people’s identity documents without permission, and don’t use the service to commit fraud.
Premium and Family plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage and cancel from your store account at any time. Charges already taken for a billing period are non-refundable.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Local reminders fire on your device regardless of our backend status.
Renewsy is an organiser, not a lawyer. We don’t advise you on visa rules, immigration timelines, or document validity. Always consult the relevant authority for binding guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renewsy is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the last 12 months.
If we materially change these terms, we will notify you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
