Renewsy is built around the idea that your documents stay yours. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to delete it.
Account: email, first and last name, phone (if provided), profile photo (if uploaded).
Documents: titles, categories, countries, dates, document numbers, notes, attachment images, and tags.
Device: anonymous reliability metrics such as crash type and OS version. No advertising identifiers.
To sync your documents securely across your devices, schedule local reminders, and operate the app. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not show advertising.
Account info and documents are stored on Supabase EU servers (Frankfurt). Attachments are stored in a private bucket with per-user access controls. Reminders are scheduled on your device and never leave it.
All traffic is TLS encrypted. Row-Level Security in our database restricts access to your own rows. The app supports Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or device passcode to keep contents off the screen if your device is lost.
Supabase (database + auth), Apple, and Google (for Sign in with Apple / Google). We do not share data beyond what is strictly required to operate these features.
You can export your documents from the home screen (CSV or JSON), change your password and profile at any time, and permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes all your documents, attachments, and profile from our servers within 30 days.
